THE COURSE INCLUDES:

Introduction to Jewelry Crafting: An overview of some traditional jewelry techniques that will be used during the course.

Jewelry Design: Each participant will start with the same type of jewelry, selecting the shape and details that best represent their personality.

Silver Crafting Techniques: Participants will learn how to model, solder, and finish silver, gaining practical skills by working directly with the material.

Creating the Jewelry Piece: Each participant will create their own silver jewelry piece, which could be a ring or pendant (depending on the type of jewelry agreed upon), ready to wear.

Final Personalization Session: Each jewelry piece can be further personalized by choosing a glossy or matte finish, making each piece unique and special.
The course duration is flexible, depending on the company's needs, ranging from half a day to a full day.

Valentina Caprini has learnt the filigree technique from the Campo Ligure artisans, in Genoa. This small village is one of the most active and important places for this special kind of workmanship.
Valentina blends the traditional technique with the contemporary one, fundamental to create unique and original pieces.
She teaches her Contemporary Filigree Course all around the world, in fact, she has been traveling in Europe, Asia and American lately both as a Conceptual Jewelry and Italian Filigree teacher in goldsmith schools and Universities and as a Goldsmith technique and Design advisor for private companies.
