CRAFT YOUR OWN PENDANT
Metal & Magic: Craft Your First Pendant

Imagine encapsulating an entire world within a small circle—this could represent a constellation, a forest, or a symbolic design of personal significance, something that serves as a daily reminder.
Beginning with a perfect metal circle, you will engage in the meticulous process of engraving your chosen design onto its surface, using a variety of tools such as drills, points, small brushes, and handmade punches. This allows you to create intricate patterns, explore different line thicknesses, and experiment with countless combinations, ultimately crafting your own unique universe.
Next, you will work on a small silver jump ring (regardless of whether your pendant is made from brass or silver) and solder it to your pendant, ensuring it is ready to wear.
Finally, before completing your piece, you will select its finishing touch—choosing between a matte or shiny finish—so that you can proudly wear your one-of-a-kind creation.
No experience is required, it's a course for absolute beginners!

BASIC METALSMITH COURSE
Jewels in the Making: Craft Your Own Ring

This metalworking course offers you a unique and engaging introduction to the craft of jewelry-making, designed for absolute beginners. The first step involves measuring the size of your finger to ensure a perfect fit for your custom-designed ring.
Next, you’ll work with a metal strip, using a range of specialized, handmade punches and hammers to personalize its surface according to your vision. Once the design is in place, you’ll shape the metal into a circle, deciding whether to create an adjustable or closed ring. A key part of the process involves working with fire, which allows you to observe how the heat transforms the metal, adding an element of craftsmanship and artistry.
The final stage offers the opportunity to choose your preferred finish, from a matte texture to a polished shine, allowing for further customization and refinement of your piece. By the end of the course, you’ll have a beautifully crafted ring, ready to wear and showcase proudly.
This course is an ideal starting point for those with no prior experience in metalworking, offering a hands-on, creative approach to learning essential techniques and skills in the art of jewelry making.
